atalie is an associate with a commitment to excellence. Prior to joining Stringer LLP, Natalie articled in-house with a major construction union and completed her law school placement at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Before her Call to the Bar as a lawyer, Natalie worked as a paralegal and started her own small business. She is currently a mentor for the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association.

Natalie advises clients in all areas of employment and labour law including wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, human rights complaints, labour arbitrations, as well as general
day-to-day decision-making in both unionized and non-unionized environments.

Natalie obtained her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, Toronto, ON, where she co-founded and served as Vice President of Events for the Latin American Law Student
Association at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law (2023).

Prior to attending law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, in Criminology from York University (2019), and her Paralegal Education
Diploma from Humber College (2016), where she received the Dean’s List Award in 2015 and 2016.
